Instructions: Place your dentures, braces, retainer, mouth guard or tooth grinding/whitening tray in a small bowl. Drop in one tablet.

Add a small amount of room temperature water (around 100ml) to the bowl. The tablet will start fizzing immediately.

Wait for the tablet to dissolve completely, which usually takes around 20 minutes, depending on the temperature of the water.

Your dentures/mouth guard/retainer are now clean and ready to use, though you may wait longer, or overnight, if preferred.
